Nous recherchons les meilleurs talents pour un poste de Gestionnaire régional des ventes au sein de notre équipe J&J Surgery. Ce poste est en télétravail au Canada, et le candidat idéal résidera à Montréal. Le territoire couvert est le Québec.

Objectif du poste

Nous cherchons un Gestionnaire régional des ventes dynamique et stratégique pour diriger notre équipe de vente à travers le Québec. Cette personne sera responsable de stimuler la performance régionale, de développer les talents et de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes du siège.

Responsabilités :

Leadership et développement de l’équipe

  • Diriger, encadrer et motiver une équipe de vente régionale.
  • Effectuer des visites terrain et des séances de coaching.
  • Identifier les écarts de compétences et mettre en place des plans de développement.
  • Favoriser une culture de haute performance.

Gestion des ventes régionales

  • Prendre en charge le plan de vente régional.
  • Analyser les données et tendances du marché.
  • Assurer l’exactitude des prévisions et du pipeline.
  • Développer des initiatives stratégiques.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle

  • Collaborer avec le marketing, les opérations, les affaires médicales et les finances.
  • Communiquer les perspectives régionales et les commentaires clients.
  • Soutenir les programmes nationaux et les lancements de produits.

Engagement client et marché

  • Établir des relations avec les clients clés.
  • Représenter l’organisation lors d’événements régionaux.
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.

Qualifications

Exigées :

  • Baccalauréat.
  • 5 à 6 ans d’expérience commerciale progressive.
  • Solide sens des affaires et compétences analytiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation.
  • Capacité à collaborer dans un environnement matriciel.
  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour voyager.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais).

Rémunération

Fourchette salariale : 110 000$ à 189 750$ CAD.

We are searching for the best talent for a Regional Business Manager to join our J&J Surgery team.  This position is remote based in Canada with the ideal candidate residing in Montreal.  The territory is Quebec, Canada. 

Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Manager to lead our high performing sales team across Quebec, Canada. This individual will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing talent, and fostering strong collaboration with head office teams to achieve and exceed revenue objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, a passion for team development, and the ability to execute regional strategies in alignment with national business goals.

You will be responsible for:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support development and accountability.
  • Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans to elevate team capability and performance.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Regional Sales Management

  • Own the regional sales plan and deliver results aligned with national strategy.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of regional performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive market share and achieve quota.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with head office stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Medical Affairs, Professional Education and Finance to align regional needs with broader organizational priorities.
  • Communicate regional insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Support national programs, product launches, and promotional activities within the region.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Represent the organization at regional events, conferences, and business reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective problem resolution and proactive engagement.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-6 years of progressive commercial experience, ideally in a regional or multi-territory capacity.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
  • 50%+ business travel.  Weekly travel within the region, travel to the head office, US meetings.
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Preferred:

  • Experience in the medical, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong change leadership and talent development mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

The expected base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $189,750 CAD.
