  • The role leads to the country level Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with primary ownership of the Demand Review. This includes building, challenging, and aligning demand forecasts in close collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams to establish a robust consensus demand that reflects market dynamics, tenders, and new product activity.

The role also ensures effective handling of orders, tenders, compensation for free goods, and distributor data, in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • The Sr. Planner plays a key role in performance management, driving improvements across service and planning KPIs such as OTIFD, forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), and inventory coverage. This includes identifying risks and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement actions, and contributing to regional supply chain initiatives and projects.

  • In addition, the role acts as a central coordination point across multiple stakeholders—including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and global supply team-ensuring alignment on launches, recalls, phaseouts, and supply constraints. Strong focus is placed on compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to company SOPs, including SOX‑related activities and master data maintenance.

  • The position regularly reports to management on demand outlook, inventory status, order fulfillment, and supply risks, supporting decision‑making and ensuring transparency across the planning horizon.

  • Strongly contribute to key performance metrics improvement (MAPE/BIAS, OTIF).
  • Orchestrate / Contribute to the monthly IBP Demand Review Process with stakeholders.
  • Inventory coverage for assigned market.
