Site Administrator

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Reports To: VP Global Account Executive

Salary Range: $67,000 - $86,000 Annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Site Administrator to support the execution of complex, multi-site deployment projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external field service providers, and site management personnel to ensure smooth project execution, resource alignment, and stakeholder communication. This role requires intermediate Excel proficiency, excellent active listening skills, and strong coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee deployment timelines for power distribution equipment across multiple customer sites, ensuring compliance with approval processes for any schedule changes.
Serve as the primary remote liaison for site teams, addressing deployment-related questions, managing customer expectations and ensuring alignment on conflicting equipment schedules and expectations.
Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments, logistics, field service personnel, and external customer contacts.
Contribute to weekly project coordination calls, providing updates on milestone progress and identifying potential risks to timely delivery.
Lead initial introductions between site contacts and field service teams, delivering key information to support successful startup (Sx) and commissioning (Cx) efforts.goaidatadesign
