Job Description

The Premium Service Specialist team oversees and operates Payoneer’s end to end customer experience and proactively addresses issues for our top clients. The team combines service-orientation aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with top industry practices.

Role Responsibility:

  • Provide high quality services to VIP customers via different channels
  • Responsible for end-to-end resolution efficiency of operational issues
  • Work closely with sales team and understand customer profiles
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction and quality standard when in compliance with policy and regulations
  • Identify potential risks for major complaints and escalate

Qualification requirement:

  • 3 years + proven experience in a customer facing role from international company
  • Bachelor’s degree and English CET-4
  • General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications:
  • Experience with fintech, banking, or eComs industry is a strong plus
