Senior AI Software Engineer – Risk Platform

The Engineering (Tech) Team is responsible for all Feedzai product development. Together with Product Management and Data Science, we build the next generation of tools to catch fraud in real-time with a machine learning first approach. While building the best value for our customers, you will work with a wide range of technical challenges. Such as building distributed systems that need to operate 24/7 and ultra-low latencies, solving UI/UX problems to help fraud analysts to fight fraud more efficiently. In addition, designing extensive databases from relational, NoSQL and graphs, validate and develop new data science techniques and algorithms.

You:

As an AI Engineer, you will be a core contributor to the design and development of GenAI-based product frameworks and services that enable natural language interaction, intelligent automation, and agent-based workflows across Feedzai’s ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, applied AI, and platform development, helping multiple product teams build AI-powered features in a secure, scalable, and standardized way.

You will work on foundational technology that enables multiple product teams to innovate faster and deliver intelligent, agent-driven capabilities to customers. Your work will directly influence Feedzai’s product strategy and the way users interact with our platform.

This role is not about experimentation in isolation. It is about bringing Generative AI into production-grade platforms that serve mission-critical financial systems, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user trust.
