Tax Data & Technology Specialist (Bangkok Based, Relocation provided)

The Opportunity 

As a Tax Data & Technology Specialist, you will be based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, reporting to the Tax Data & Technology, Associate Director.  You will join a rapidly growing Tax Team responding to the evolving tax landscape for digital services.  While being part of the broader Finance team, you will work closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Legal and Senior Leadership teams at Agoda as well as our sister brand companies and our US parent company.    

You will focus on tax data reporting (EU’s DAC7, SERR and similar frameworks globally), e-invoicing and digital reporting, and will own the end-to-end analysis and implementation of these regimes.  The role sits at the intersection of tax regulation, data, and technology focusing on tax and data analysis, schema and systems understanding, as well as project coordination partnering with cross-functional teams to help deliver accurate, timely, and scalable tax/reporting compliance.
