Job Description:

Participates in Leadership Development Program within area of Finance.
Contributes to team within area of Finance for duration of Leadership Development Program.
Develops understanding of the enterprise and competency of necessary skills within Finance.
Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
Develops an understanding of the organization's financial services, practices, and policies.
