About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager is instrumental in progressing product development and brand growth throughout the brand/product life cycle. They are an influential and proactive member of the Company, and work with support from the Directors. The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading, managing and developing an efficient, motivated team. Ensures & oversees that all team members follow and implement correct Company Systems, procedures and processes. Holds competent appraisals in line with Company Policy. Continually challenge and identify improvement possibilities for team and company where appropriate.

As a Commercial Manager you will:

Commercial & Financial Management

Set financial targets, margins, and budgets, making informed commercial decisions based on supplier negotiations.
Oversee sales pricing in Sage, customer liabilities, and approvals relating to NPD costing.
Identify and deliver cost‑saving opportunities and supports contract creation with the Commercial Director.
