What You’ll Do:
The Fleet Engineering Team is responsible for the automated provisioning and management of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of hardware nodes and node-types. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is engaged in streamlining and coordinating the domains of node provisioning, hardware RMA, datacenter operations, and platform services into a cohesive, zero-touch, and high-reliability engine of fleet management.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Box-Office Team to help us build, run and refine our automation reliability, efficiency, scalability and user experience. This individual will join a team of mixed-skill engineers focused on all aspects of hardware lifecycle management. As a member of the Box-Office Team, you would have the opportunity to:
- Develop applications, user experiences, reporting automations, API endpoints, and other fleet management tooling and UIs.
- Assess and improve existing User Interfaces, adding new features and simplifying the user experience.
- Resolve integration challenges between our infrastructure and our vendors’ APIs, focusing on making the interactions plain to understand and robust.
- Design and implement solutions to fascinating problems at scale for multi-site deployment and management of CoreWeave’s global hardware fleet, including interfaces for managing the deployment and maintenance of said fleet.
- Create test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, alerts, and insights into our fleet operations as well as participate in the Fleet Provisioning Automation on-call rotation.
- Grow, change, invest in your teammates, be invested-in, share your ideas, listen to others, be curious, have fun, and, above all, be yourself.
Who You Are:
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If a portion of this resonates with you, we’d love to talk.
- You have 5 or more years experience in a software or infrastructure engineering industry.
- You have experience designing and implementing container-based microservices and integrating open-source tools to customize solutions.
- You believe in the value of automation and will champion practices that drive reliability and prioritize the CoreWeave customer experience.
- You have a good end to end understanding of what a UI needs to be successful, and how to build it to high quality standards in a reasonable time frame. You can explain trade offs of build versus import and are able to choose the best path.
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, and Golang.
Why CoreWeave?
