Job Summary:
The primary focus of a Business Operations Coordinator is to provide excellent service and administrative support to the Business Management team in servicing and delivering on the needs of high-net-worth clients. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the client experience and are vital to the success of the organization. You will be a member of a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused environment utilizing your exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, scheduling, and gathering client information for ongoing service processes.
- Ensuring all client paperwork, requests, and procedures are completed accurately and meet compliance requirements.
- Coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client needs.
- Performing general office administration, common area support, mailroom operations, and front desk/reception duties.
- Managing complex scheduling and calendar coordination across platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Outlook, dial-ins).
- Supporting social media marketing, communications, and event planning.
- Planning and coordinating special events, celebrations, charitable activities, and training sessions.
- Assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as needed.
