Partner Business Manager
Location: London – field-based
Type: Full‑time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Partner Business Manager with strong expertise, leasing, print leasing, and asset finance to lead one of our most strategically important partner relationships.

You will act as a trusted adviser to key partners, aligning their business objectives with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services’s (HPEFS’s) priorities and helping them grow their financial services and leasing portfolio with our technology solutions. This role requires someone who can step in with credibility, build influence quickly, and drive revenue through deep industry knowledge and strong commercial acumen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner Strategy & Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as the expert adviser to partners on complex product, service, software, and leasing solutions, including print leasing and asset finance structures.

  • Build long‑term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the financial services ecosystem.

  • Articulate HPE’s global and local strategies to drive “sell‑with”, “sell‑to”, and “sell‑through” partner motions.

  • Position HPEFS as a key enabler within the partner’s leasing and asset finance offerings.

Sales, Growth & Financial Performance

  • Achieve assigned quota across products, services, software, and leasing‑related revenue streams.

  • Promote HPE offerings to become a core part of the partner’s finance‑led solutions, including print leasing portfolios.

  • Build and maintain robust joint account plans focused on financial services and leasing growth.

  • Create, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline, converting leads into joint sales activities.

Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Coordinate HPEFS resources, specialists, and field sales teams to maximise value for the partner.

  • Provide risk assessments and commercial rationale for HPEFS investments into partner leasing programmes.

  • Ensure partners meet all compliance, legal, and SBC obligations.

  • May recruit and onboard new partners in the financial services and asset finance space.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Typically 6+ years’ experience selling into or through partners, within financial services, leasing, print leasing, or asset finance environments.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex partner ecosystems.

Skills & Expertise

  • Deep understanding of the leasing, financial services models, asset finance structures, and print leasing offerings.

  • Strong knowledge of partner business models, competitive positioning, and finance‑led sales cycles.

  • Ability to articulate the strengths of HPEFS’s solutions relative to competitors and overcome complex objections.

  • Proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and motivate partner sales teams.

  • Strong pipeline management discipline, with the ability to coach partners on revenue forecasting and opportunity management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level relationship‑building skills.
