POSITION SUMMARY:

Audax Group is seeking an Investor Operations Co-op Coordinator to contribute to a high-performing team.  The firm’s Investor Operations effort has a high degree of responsibility and corresponding visibility externally with limited partners and internally with senior management.  The Investor Operations Coordinator will handle outbound communications to investors as well as a variety of inbound inquiries specifically related to Audax Private Debt.  The role requires the ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment.  Successful candidates are creative problem-solvers and self-starters who have the proven ability to produce results.  Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic are prerequisites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain CRM data quality through routine review of investor data and assist with data backfills when needed.
  • Support downstream internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs, performing quality checks, and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening, escalating as needed, and documenting outcomes per internal procedures.
  • Maintain the DDQ/RFP library by updating/organizing categorization to standard responses, and ensuring version control along with content consistency.
  • Monitor vendor and platform invoicing to payment completion and establishing a calendar of deliverables.
  • Assist with new product onboarding by tracking required steps, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and maintaining documentation.
  • Monitor news and research licenses by tracking renewals and entitlement to keep access current.
  • Support fundraising industry news deliverables by gathering articles and compiling materials for data input.
