Job Summary

The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for develop and implement marketing strategies and activities for Orforglipron to achieve business objective in China market. 

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Brand Manager position is focused on Orforglipron launch in T2D and CWM indication.

The Sr. Brand Manager will collaborate with external partners as well as multiple internal cross-functional members such as Medical, PRA, MCE, SFE, Sales Training, etc. to conduct launch preparation.

The ability to synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, influence thought leader, engage with sales team and execute promotional campaign will be a key successful factor for this job.

  

Customer Engagement and Activation

Understand customer insights through market research, advisory board and field visiting

Synergize insights into brand strategy, deliver brand materials and education contents

Develop customer engagement solutions and implement with innovation and excellence

Opex planning and management

Thought Leader Management

Identify and engage thought leaders and establish strong relationship with TLs

Deliver TL advisory board meetings to collect customer insights

Internal Communication

Deliver brand strategy to the sales force

Work closely with sales, medical, PR, PRA, access, commercial and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.

Familiarity in bringing strategy into solutions, and end-to-end operation of customer facing tactics 

Innovative driven

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated outstanding cross functional work capabilities in the past

Requirements:

At least 3 years of brand management experience in pharma industry

Experience in regional marketing or sales is a plus

Understand different channels (hospital, retail, online pharmacy) is a plus

Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed

Innovation: think out of the box and drive development of innovative solutions

Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication

Team Spirit: achieve results through team work as a valued member in different setting

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Essential Qualification

Bachelor degree and above

Additional Preferences

Medical/Pharmacy background preferred

Consumer insights (experience in FMCG is preferred)
