As a Senior Data Scientist in our FS vertical, you'll find signal in noise across millions of digital footprints, translating complex business challenges into elegant analytical solutions that help our clients make better decisions every day. You'll work in an autonomous and meritocratic environment where you'll have the opportunity to experiment with emerging tools whilst building timeless problem-solving capabilities

How will you make an impact?

• Lead analytical workstreams: Design and deliver sophisticated analytics solutions that solve complex business problems, from problem framing through to implementation
• Drive technical innovation: Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to datasets at scale, iterating from weeks to hours using emerging AI capabilities
• Build trusted partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights that drive measurable outcomes
• Foster team growth: Mentor junior team members and contribute to building our analytics capabilities, sharing knowledge that helps others discover their superpowers
• Shape the future: Support business development through thought leadership and solution design, influencing how financial institutions leverage data to serve their customers

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Technical excellence: 5+ years' experience in data analytics or data science, with strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or R, and deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Problem solver: Your ability to make the complex simple means you can identify patterns across domains and frame business challenges into analytical solutions that actually get used
• Translation skills: Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Commercial acumen: Understanding of business needs with the ability to assess commercial impacts of different analytical approaches, balancing what works versus what sounds good
• Academic foundation: Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
