You’ll deliver automated, integrated, real-time insights across revenue, headcount, and cost drivers—turning data into clear recommendations that support faster, smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve an integrated planning and reporting framework to support revenue, personnel costs, and indirect costs (actuals vs. forecast)
  • Develop automated and real-time reporting for key financial and operational drivers, including headcount and related KPIs
  • Partner with Sales and Client Management to support revenue planning, pricing strategy, and project valuation
  • Build and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting processes and analysis workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on assumptions, targets, and performance drivers
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with a mindset to automate and innovate
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with ERPs and reporting tools such as NetSuite, SAP, Lucanet (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (nice-to-have)
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive outcomes, not just deliver tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving requirements
  • Collaborative, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented approach with leadership potential
