The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Automation Engineer with an autonomous mindset to elevate our quality standards and accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This dynamic role is key to driving excellence in automation. Your primary focus will be to design, develop, and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the functionality and performance of our web, mobile, and backend applications, and to integrate these tests into a Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment.

 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Design, implement, and maintain the testing strategy and automation frameworks for applications across various platforms (web and mobile).

• Ensure the quality of backend systems by creating API and service tests, incorporating proper testing using specialized tools like Postman and GraphQL.

• Integrate automated test suites into the Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure continuous execution and fast feedback to the development team.

• Develop and generate clear, detailed testing reports to monitor product quality and the success of continuous execution.

• Lead the adoption of QA best practices and Agile methodologies within the development teams to ensure quality is incorporated from the earliest stages of the SDLC.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers within a fast-paced, agile development environment.

 

Must-Have

• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated experience with quality assurance within a fast-paced, agile SDLC development process.

• Strong test automation capabilities across a variety of applications, including web and mobile.

• Strong understanding of backend systems and how to incorporate proper testing via tools such as Postman or GraphQL.

• CI/CD knowledge and the ability to incorporate continuous testing execution with proper reporting.

• Familiarity with working in agile methodologies and leading quality along with best practices within a team.

• Previous experience with the following tools:

  • Playwright

  • Postman

  • CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or similar)

 

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience with Selenium.

• Experience in developing performance or security tests.
