We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to command a multi-million euro spend to secure the partnerships that underpin our client's international expansion.

In this role, you’ll:

• Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide
• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of 1M+ procurement spend
• Building strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company’s global objectives
• Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues, improve operational processes that leverage automation and data
• Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures and adjust strategy accordingly
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns

Your Profile: 

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• You are experienced in the field of procurement sourcing, supply chain contracting and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment
• You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision
• You bring a hands-on mentality – you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings
• You are motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.
• Full business proficiency in German (preferred)
