Job Description

The Change Management is a strategic-minded partner collaborating to implement change management strategies to minimizing employee resistance and maximizing engagement with change programs. Lead Global Business Center resources to lead faster adoption, greater use, and higher proficiency on the changes helping employees in the organization to achieve desired our results. You will be reporting to GBS Project Manager Expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change across the project lifecycle knowing a Change Management Methodology Management across our projects and integrate change management activities across the project lifecycle phases, including Change Management for Agile projects

  • Perform detailed Change Impact Assessments on projects to understand the impacted partners, how they're impacted and when, and the recommended interventions by audience

  • Develop the Case for Change to define the important messaging required by audience

  • Partner with GBS and Corporate Communications team members to ensure main project messaging is communicated applying the proper communication channels, branding/templates and timing

  • Provide strategic insight into the development of training and deployment plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent role-based Change Management experience.

  • 3+ years leading projects, including 2+ years managing large-scale transformations.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycles. And root-cause identification skills. Integrate people, process, and technology in environments.

  • Fluent in English.
