Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is seeking a Grounds and Landscaping Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. As part of our diverse and dynamic team, you will play a key role in maintaining the beauty of our award-winning resort environment while supporting the highest standards of service. This position reports to the Director of Engineering.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the resort landscape to the highest standards at all times.
• Plan and oversee daily tasks, long-term maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Conduct property walk-throughs, inspections, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Manage the nursery operation and prepare plant material for landscaping.
• Lead, train, and supervise the Grounds & Landscaping team, ensuring continuous development.
• Coordinate with contractors and third-party service providers.
• Ensure adequate stock of equipment and supplies to support smooth operations.
• Stay updated with landscaping trends and apply best practices to the resort environment.

What you bring:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; strong math and analytical abilities.
• A tertiary qualification in Horticulture or Landscape Management.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in an outdoor environment.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• 48 hours a week with one day off
