Redefine the future of customer experiences. One conversation at a time.

At Nextiva, we’re reimagining how businesses connect, bringing together customer experience and team collaboration on a single, conversation centric platform. Powered by AI, driven by human innovation.

Our culture is forward thinking, customer obsessed and built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Whether it’s through our signature Amazing Service®, the technology we create, or the experiences we cultivate, connection is at the core of who we are.

If you’re ready to collaborate with incredible people, make an impact, and help businesses everywhere deliver truly amazing experiences, this is where you belong.

At Nextiva, we power meaningful connections—between businesses and their customers, and across teams that make those experiences possible. As a Procurement Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping our teams source, evaluate, and manage the tools and services that keep our business running efficiently.

This is an early-career opportunity designed for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn procurement in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sourcing and procurement of software, services, and business tools
  • Partner with internal teams to understand needs and guide purchasing decisions
  • Assist in vendor negotiations with a focus on cost savings and value
  • Help manage RFQs/RFPs and vendor selection processes
  • Track procurement activities, follow-ups, and timelines to keep work moving
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Ensure alignment with internal procurement processes and financial guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Use AI tools to support vendor research, summarize contracts, compare bids, and streamline documentation and reporting

What You Bring

  • 1+ year experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes (Oracle or similar systems a plus)
  • Strong Excel and general business tools proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or workflow efficiency
  • Ability to leverage AI for contract review, summarization, or vendor benchmarking
  • Curiosity about how AI can improve procurement processes and decision-making

At Nextiva, we’re committed to helping our teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver better outcomes—powered by both human judgment and evolving technology.
