  • Redesign processes end-to-end (AS-IS → TO-BE) to unlock efficiency and value
  • Drive automation projects from idea to execution alongside global technical teams
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and cost-benefit analysis
  • Champion a culture of automation and continuous improvement across the organization

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance (Preferred)
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath preferred)
  • Demonstrated progression from a technical/development capacity into process engineering or business analysis responsibilities
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders in process improvement or business analysis
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong English communication skills — able to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and systems
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and driving change
  • Experience with Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus

Why This Role Stands Out

This is more than a traditional engineering or analyst role — it’s a chance to become a change agent in a global organization. You’ll help shape the future of Finance by combining technology, strategy, and innovation to deliver real, measurable impact.
