私たちの組織、Telco Solutionsは、固定/モバイル通信サービス、インターネット接続サービス、IoT、インターネットVPNなど、通信事業者がエンタープライズユーザ向け、コンシューマ向けに提供する様々なネットワークサービスの構築、運用を支援するための製品、ソリューションを提供し、それを基軸としたシステムの構築、運用、保守、コンサルティングを行うサービスを合わせて提供しています。 
Telco Solutionsが提供する製品、ソリューションは、主にお客様のNW運用を支援するOperation Support Systemおよび、Mobile Core NetworkにおけるSubscriber Data Managementです。

いずれの領域においても、世界的なマーケットにおいて30年以上の経験と実績を持っており、世界中の数多くのお客様にごただき、高い評価をいただいています。

【業務内容】

Telco Solutionsでの営業のミッションは、国内のTier-1(大手)およびTier2(中堅)のお客様とリレーションを構築し、Telco Solutionsが提供する製品、ソリューションをベースとして、お客様課題を解決し、ビジネスを支援するシステムの構築、運用支援し、長期的なビジネス関係を構築することです。
案件の発掘および獲得に向けては、Telco Solutions内の他部門メンバーと協調しながら営業活動をしていただきます。
また、Telco SolutionsはGlobalに直結した組織であるため、製品、ソリューションの知見、他海外顧客におけるナレッジ等、Globalチームと連携しながら、業務を推進して頂きます。

また、顧客経営課題に密接な領域での活動となるため、上流工程での案件創生・発掘の機会が多く、顧客経営層との関係構築経験を得ることが可能です。


 【必須となる経験、スキル・知識等】

以下の要件を満たすこと。

· IT業界における法人向けソリューション営業経験5年以上

· 自らゴールとプラン設定ができ、積極的に行動できる方

· 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方

· フットワーク軽く、スピード感をもって活動ができる方

· 顧客や社内他部門に対する提案等のコミュニケーション能力がある方

【あると望ましい知識、経験】

以下のいずれかの要件があることが望ましい。

· 通信業界顧客に対しての法人営業経験

· セールスフォースによるパイプラインマネジメントの基礎知識
· 海外メンバーとコミュニケーションをとるための英語力

· IT全般の知識
