Raw Material Executive

You will be responsible for all activities involving materials movement, inventory transfer and pre-assembly between the Raw Material Store and production. You will support several tasks in the RMS function. You will be reporting to the Operation Planning Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and lead EHSMS program.

• Ensuring compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949 requirements.

• Assist Raw Material Store Supervisor in Receiving, Production Support, pre-assembly & Inventory Management.

• Receive – unloading, inspecting, receiving, sampling and locating all ingredients, packing and semi-finished product that arrives at the plant.

• Production support – ensuring continuous supply of ingredients and packaging to production and filling lines.

• Inventory management – perform cycle counts, complete reconciliations, monitor inventory transactions, continually sort out inventory issues as they arise.

• Proper documentation/filing & goods receiving of delivered items to warehouse in the online system (QAD, HMM).

• Able to multitask between packing, picking and receiving tasks.

• Previous experience operating RMS will be advantages.

• Backup other staffs during their absence.

• Maintain good housekeeping in Raw Material Store using Lean system (eg. 5S, FIFO, RCA).

• Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).

• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• With minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, raw material store and logistics in the Chemicals industry preferred.

• Preferably with a valid forklift licence.

• Good interpersonal skills – able to work well with all levels

• Able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative and willing to learn attitude.

• Fast learner and has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

• Basic PC knowledge skills.
