Job Summary:
We are seeking a 1LoD Control Testing Quality Assurance and Operations Sr Consultant to join our newly established Centralized 1LoD Control Testing function (1LoD Testing). This 1LOD Testing team aims to standardize and enhance our control testing practices across all Business Units and Corporate Functions.
As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting risk management activities across the organization. In this role, reporting into the Director of Quality Assurance & Operations, you will collaborate closely with partners across NTC’s global operations.

Major Duties:
  · Automate and enhance quality assurance (QA) processes, reporting, and data analysis for 1LOD Control Testing
  · Identify and implement efficiency opportunities through data analysis and reporting tools
  · Analyze QA results to identify trends, issues, and insights from control test outcomes
  · Design, develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support key reporting deliverables
  · Drive automation of scheduling and capacity planning
  · Standardize QA reporting outputs to ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability across 1LOD Testing 
  · Partner with QA leadership to develop and deliver training programs that reinforce new and updated standards and procedures 
  · Assist with control projects, operational and/or corporate risk initiatives, where directed.

 

Experience & Skills:
  - Bachelor's degree
  - 10+ years of experience in audit, controls testing or quality assurance data analysis and reporting, preferably within a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) or similar financial institution.
  - Strong experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, Tableau)  
  - Experience supporting control testing through GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
  - Advanced data visualization skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights 
  - Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification and standardization
  - Solid understanding of audit, control and risk management practices
  - Strong written and verbal communication , including the ability to teach/train, etc.
  - Self-motivated with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  - Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadline

Shift: EMEA - 3:30PM to 12:30AM IST

Internal Eligibility Criteria:

  • 24 months as Consultant to apply for Senior Consultant

  • 12 months as Senior Consultant for a lateral movement
