CACI International Inc. is excited to announce a new job opportunity available to join our team in support of the Department of Justice’s (DoJ) groundbreaking program aimed at strengthening the infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving user experience across US Marshals Service (USMS) districts. This IT modernization initiative is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security of our nation’s law enforcement operations.
We are looking for an experienced Project Implementation Lead to join our team on this new contract. We invite skilled and passionate individuals to join us in support of this transformative mission.

Responsibilities:
- Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and Agile to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
- Utilize schedule and budget tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) to monitor project progress, timelines, and financials.
- Implement risk assessment frameworks to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage centralized repositories (e.g., Jira) to ensure all project documentation, tasks, and communications are organized and accessible.
- Create and maintain governance documentation to ensure projects comply with organizational standards and regulations.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to use project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment that encourages team engagement and productivity.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
- Stay current with emerging project management technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in the procurement and evaluation of project management tools and software.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all project management efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Implementation Lead or in a similar project management role.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP and Agile.
- Experience using schedule and budget tracking tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong skills in implementing and managing risk assessment frameworks.
- Experience with centralized repository management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Expertise in creating and maintaining governance documentation.
- Proven facilitation skills for end-user training sessions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired:
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
- Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., PPM Pro, Microsoft PPM).
- Knowledge of lean project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering techniques.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, construction, healthcare).

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
