Job Summary
This position performs duties and tasks to support full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines. This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication and support the achievement of objectives. He/She provides development, maintenance, and support for applications.
 

Role Overview

The Application Developer – Salesforce is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative, programmatic, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities of the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong Salesforce development skills along with foundational knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities and CRM Analytics (CRMA).

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization (Lightning, Apex, Aura, LWC)

- Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

- Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows

- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

- Apply basic CRM Analytics (CRMA) /Tableau concepts

- Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities

- Support large-scale global Salesforce deployments

- Perform data migration using Data Loader

- Manage deployments using Flosum.

- Debug and resolve defects

- Author technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- 5+ years of development experience

- 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience (Aura & LWC)

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Integrations

- Basic knowledge of CRM Analytics (CRMA)

- Understanding of Salesforce AI (Einstein Analytics, Predictions)

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts

- Agile development experience

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salesforce Certifications

Mandatory:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Desired:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
