Job Description

Responsible collection of debts.

• Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure collections are done in time to ensure debtor days for Governments and NGOs are kept below 30 days
• Monitor debt balances daily
• Reconcile accounts that have been escalated from the sales and underwriting team.
• Liaise with customers, underwriters and sales team to ensure collection.
• Prepare statements and reports
• Cancel debts falling beyond credit period.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by line manager or the senior management team.
