Job Responsibilities:

The Senior SAP SD-LE Analyst is responsible for supporting current S4Hana and ECC landscapes, maintenance and optimization of the organization's SAP systems. This role involves analyzing business requirements, solution design, configuring, testing and providing technical support to ensure the effective use of SAP solutions. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, improve system performance, and support the organization's strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support for NA plants which include:
  • EDI trouble shooting, mapping and follow up with B2B team. Required EDI messages 830,862,850,856,824,997 and familiar with EDIFACT.
  • Support Sales and shipping processes.
  • Support RF solutions
  • Support SAP standard and custom labeling outputs as well as other shipping output conditions.
  • Support SAP implementations remotely on-demand.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Functional Specifications for ABAP team and/or Configurations and customizations.
  • Configure SAP modules (e.g., SD, LE, JIT&JIS) to meet business needs and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the SAP system.
  • Ensure that SAP systems are configured and managed in accordance with security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with different teams from different regions.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., EDI, SD, LE, TRA) and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or similar, are a plus.
  • Strong EDI idocs, ANSI X12 and EDIFACT knowledge, more than 5 years’ experience.
  • More than 9 years in Sales and logistics operations: Demand management, Scheduling agreements, Sales orders, Handling units, Shipments, Outbound deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of CMIR, Pricing conditions, EDI partner configuration
  • Knowledge of Backflush, MRP, Master data at customer/BP and material.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective SAP solutions.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to understand ABAP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori).
