About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of HR in Denmark during a parental leave cover (May-September). You will act as the primary HR partner to our manufacturing site in Roskilde and support our other divisions on a local scale as well, working hands-on with both operational and employee-related topics. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, understands the local Danish context, and can confidently support managers in day-to-day HR matters. You will be part of a Nordic HR team, with support from your manager and global HR functions – but locally, you are the go-to HR person.
What you will do
- Support site leadership and managers in employee relations and day-to-day HR topics
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor law and collective agreements
- Act as the link between the site and global HR teams (Payroll, Colleague Services, COEs and Business HR)
- Handle local HR matters independently and find practical solutions
- Support key HR processes such as performance management and workforce planning
What we are looking for
- Experience in HR within Denmark, with good understanding of local employment law
- Confidence to work independently and take ownership of HR topics
- Hands-on approach and ability to support managers in real-life situations
- Experience from a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus
- Fluent in Danish and English
