General Summary:
The Engagement and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving global employee engagement initiatives, total rewards reporting, benefits insights, compensation trends analysis, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global employee engagement strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and
retention. - Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking,
analysis, and insights. - Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the
organization. - Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on employee
engagement, rewards, and recognition programs. - Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and identify
areas for improvement. - Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement and analytics insights into talent management
and organizational development strategies. - Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to global engagement,
total rewards, and compensation.

Knowledge-
- Understanding of HR Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing HR data, metrics, and trends to derive insights and
make data-driven decisions related to employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, and compensation. - Employee Engagement Strategies: Knowledge of best practices in developing and implementing global
employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. - Total Rewards Management: Familiarity with total rewards programs, including compensation structures,
benefits packages, recognition programs, and performance incentives, to drive employee engagement and
retention. - Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other HRIS
systems to manipulate, visualize, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and
