Regional Supplier Development Manager

Ready to shape the performance of a global aerospace supply chain? Moog is looking for a dynamic Regional Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier capability, drive long‑term improvement, and elevate the maturity of a diverse, high‑value supply base.

This is a role for a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a leader who thrives in complex technical environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional supplier development strategy and a high‑performing engagement team

  • Own long‑term supplier performance and capability growth

  • Build and govern supplier assessment and prioritization frameworks

  • Drive recovery, improvement, and long‑range maturity initiatives

  • Influence senior leaders with clear communication on priorities, risks, and progress

  • Act as the technical and quality escalation point for programs and operations

What You Bring

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong background across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain

  • 5–10 years leading technical teams

  • Expertise in LEAN, structured problem solving, and quality systems

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure

  • Willingness to travel >25% globally
