Job Details:
Pay: $18.25/hour + $2.00 shift differential
Schedule: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM; Monday - Friday, some Saturday work
I. List of essential function(s) of the job.
A. Responsible for inspecting raw incoming meat products and assign lot numbers
to each pallet.
B. Inspects product for defects, foreign material, and other quality attributes
C. De-Ice 70 lb tubs of incoming product
D. Inspects physical condition of incoming trailer
E. Monitors and inspects incoming oil Tanker trucks
F. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination
G. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)
H. Fill out Inspection Report and check that the seal numbers on tank doors match the Bill of Lading
I. Run FFA (Free Fatty Acid) Tests on sample of oil collected from each load
J. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
K. Must be willig to operate the ride on jack to off load incoming WIP
II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.
A. Use hands, arms, back and shoulders to lift (up to 80-90 lbs)
B. Must use hands and fingers to complete paperwork
C. Must use eyes to see.
D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)
E. Must use arms, hands, legs and back to climb
III. List types of equipment required to operate for the position.

expertise required to perform the job functions.
