About the Role
We are looking for a Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead and optimize Monks’ web ecosystem, with a focus on high-traffic websites, lead generation, and user experience.
This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, requiring strong cross-functional influence. You will work closely with multiple teams and act as a key advisor, enabling and training content contributors to ensure a consistent, high-performing website.
Key Responsibilities
- Own website strategy, performance, and day-to-day management.
- Optimize user journeys, UX/UI, and conversion paths to drive lead generation.
- Manage and improve high-volume, complex websites with multiple stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and training content contributors.
- Define and enforce content governance and best practices.
- Monitor performance (GA4, UTMs) and turn insights into actions.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years managing large-scale / high-traffic websites
- Strong background in digital marketing & lead generation
- Solid understanding of UX/UI and user behavior
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority
- Experience training or enabling non-technical users
- Data-driven mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot, GA4, or A/B testing tools
- Basic technical understanding to collaborate with developers
