THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Mid-level Business Operations Analyst  to our Clients team in Brazil

 

The Clients (CIA) team is responsible for the products and services currently offered to Wellhub's corporate clients and for the Wellhub for Companies platform.

As a Business Operation Analyst you will be expected to support all CIA squads with CIA-related MAINs, making sure they are properly assessed, answered and assigned. On one side, you will work super close with Product Managers, Tech Leads and Product Designers to raise important product opportunities mapped during the assessments. On the other side, you will also influence Wellhub's relationship and support to clients, once your role directly impacts Wellhub's knowledge base and processes.

This position is crucial for CIA, once it directly affects the efficiency of the team as well as brings visibility of product opportunities that may not have been mapped before.

YOUR IMPACT

 

  • Incident Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis over the MAINS addressed to all CIA squads, identifying anomalies, providing clarifications and issues root-causes
  • Follow-up and address potential changes to the root cause of identified issues. Track the implementation and recommendations to ensure the correctness of the feature
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaboration between the CX, Service Desk and Operations to address potential feature issues
    • Collaboration with Product Manages, Tech Leads and Product designers to raise and discuss product opportunities
  • Documentation: Ensure that the services and processes are comprehensively documented. Ensure that the processes, findings, analysis, and resolutions are also documented for later tracking and potential patterns of analysis
  • Propositive mood: Propose process changes when such opportunities and identified

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • You know Internal business workflow;
  • Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Excel (core functions such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Intermediate English proficiency, comfortable communicating and writing in a professional setting.
