IT Engineering Manager - (Merchandise Operations Management)

What You’ll Do

In this position, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers our SAFe-based Agile Release Train (ART). You’ll:

Lead our Tech Stack Admin team and collaborate across all our engineering teams, developers, and enterprise shared services
Provide applicable functional and technical expertise across the MOM Engineering functions
Improve Engineering patterns, tooling, integration, and infrastructure to elevate speed, quality, and stability
Drive continuous improvement through metrics, measurement, and engineering talent development
Mentor others to strengthen Engineering awareness and best practices across the organization

What You’ll Bring

10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results
A successful record of talent and performance management
Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred Technical Skills:

ORACLE database, platform, tools/technologies
DevOps & Test Automation tools/technologies

This position has a starting salary range of $128,600.00 to $167,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
