The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Program Security/FSO, to support our Mission Applications (MA) group and oversee the Security program and facility operations for our sites in Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA. This role reports to the Director of Security and works in close partnership with multiple Security and Facilities teams.
As the Program Security Manager/FSO, you will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance for both facilities IAW applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, while also managing day-to-day site operations. Most importantly, you will help ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff. Our customers and MA team depend on secure, mission-ready spaces to support National Security–impacting programs.
In this role, you will interact daily with leaders at all levels. The MA FSO must be a strong, flexible leader who can solve problems, collaborate across MA departments, and leverage resources to keep operations running smoothly and effectively
Responsibilities:
Leads the overall Misson Applications Security program
Facility management of the Aurora & King of Prussia sites
Ensures continued security compliance IAW all applicable local, State and Federal laws, regulations, contractual obligations, Customer requirements, and company policies
Oversees the MA Personnel Security program
Facilitates MA with compliance-based solutions that keep the BU effective and compliant
Spearheads collaboration for MA facilities with sites to ensure Security & Facilities is tracking
Manages the compliance and operational ability of all classified areas of their designated site(s)
Directs the Security & Education program for MA personnel
Reporting actual or potential Insider Threat situations to the ITPSO
Qualifications:
Required:
5+ years of Industrial Security experience
Minimum of current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance with in-scope background investigation
CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification
Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, etc.)
Experience in the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
Independent self-starter, proactive and professional
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
US Citizenship
Required to obtain/maintain various accesses and U.S. security clearances
Desired:
MS/MA degree within relevant fields such as business, management, or information systems
Prior experience managing Security Professionals
ICD 705 / TEMPEST build experience
EHS/Environmental Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. ITC & Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph U.S. Government Security Clearance with in-scope background investigation.
