As a Contract Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will be a key partner in scaling our technical teams during a critical phase of growth. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to build high-impact sourcing strategies, engage top-tier talent, and ensure a strong, mission-aligned candidate pipeline.

This position is based in Seattle with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office.

What you’ll do:

Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across software engineering roles.
Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates, building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and business priorities
Conduct in-depth candidate screens, evaluating technical capabilities, problem-solving ability, and alignment with company mission and stage
Use market insights and talent mapping to inform hiring strategy and improve pipeline quality
Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through handoff
Leverage Greenhouse (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to track pipeline health and optimize workflows
Support broader recruiting initiatives and contribute to process improvements as the company scales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
Demonstrated success sourcing for high caliber, Sr. Software Engineers in high growth startup environments is required.
Proven ability to think strategically about talent pipelines, not just execute outbound sourcing
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) is required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, in-office environment
