Reddit is seeking a 3rd Party Partnerships Manager to own and scale our 3rd party partnerships across the EMEA region. This role will manage long-term partner relationships and be responsible for driving partner activation, adoption, and ongoing success by building a clear strategic roadmap for EMEA. Reporting into the Director of 3rd Party Partnerships, you will fully own the regional partnership motion and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to embed partners into advertiser workflows and GTM plans, while developing repeatable playbooks and operating rhythms to ensure partnerships deliver sustained impact across the region.

 

Location:  London preferred; open to Amsterdam (hybrid).

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage our 3rd Party Partner Relationships in EMEA: Own the regional partner book across Reddit’s advertising ecosystem and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partner activation in-market.
  • Drive Partner Activation: Translate partnerships into scalable revenue engines through onboarding, internal enablement, and post-deal operationalization. Make sure partners show up in real advertiser workflows, not just in a slide.
  • Build and Run the Playbook: Develop frameworks for goal-setting, tracking, and quarterly/annual partner planning (including Joint Business Plans) that align with Reddit’s GTM priorities in EMEA.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally: Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure partner capabilities are integrated into workflows, sales motions, and roadmaps. Keep teams pointed at outcomes, not process.
  • Enable Sales & Success Teams: Equip frontline teams with regionally specific tools, messaging, and incentives needed to activate and scale through 3rd party partners across multiple functional areas.
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Partner”: Resolve and triage partner challenges quickly and disseminate relevant feedback to internal stakeholders to influence the global product roadmap.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Up to 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, partner GTM, strategic alliances, partner operations, or platform partnerships - ideally in AdTech/MarTech or adjacent B2B SaaS.
  • EMEA market fluency: You understand the realities of the EMEA advertising landscape, differences in market maturity, agency structures, and the regulatory/privacy nuances that shape how partners and advertisers operate.
  • Cross-functional leadership: You’re highly effective at aligning stakeholders across time zones and functions, especially Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Strategy. 
  • Strategic operator mindset: You know how to turn a goal into a repeatable, trackable model, operational plans, clear KPIs, execution cadence, and accountability. You’ve helped scale 3P partnership programs beyond one-off wins.
  • Proven activation: You’ve taken partnerships from “available” to “adopted,” with measurable results (adoption, revenue impact, pipeline influence, retention, or usage).&
