About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Senior Accountant, US Controller who will own key components of the US entity general ledger and close process, ensuring accurate, timely, and US GAAP–compliant financial reporting. This role is a core member of the US Controller team, with primary responsibility over accounting of Equity, fixed assets, investments, deposits, and other core balance sheet and P&L areas for the US entity.

You will be part of the core team responsible for statutory audit and partner closely with FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and Business Operations to deliver timely book close, audit‑ready workpapers, insightful variance analysis, and strong internal controls in a high‑growth SaaS environment.

You will:

Own end‑to‑end accounting for assigned US balance sheet and P&L captions, including (but not limited to) cash, fixed assets, investments, deposits, equity, intercompany balances, and revaluations.
