Strategy Undergrad Intern - Summer 2026

Overview 

Madison Energy Infrastructure (“MEI”) believes in the power of clean energy infrastructure and has quickly emerged as a preeminent developer, investor, asset owner, and operator of distributed generation. This role represents a critical next step in MEI’s evolution toward offering direct, end-to-end services to Fortune 500 corporates, public entities, nonprofits, and other private customers alike. 

As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact initiatives within the Strategy team. This role is designed to provide meaningful exposure to the clean energy industry, real project ownership, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization.  

What you’ll do 

• Work alongside the Strategy and Digital teams to translate business questions into clear, structured problem statements
• Support the alignment of strategic priorities with digital tools, data, and AI/automation initiatives
• Help document business requirements and track progress across digital and analytics projects
• Conduct research and analysis to support Madison’s growth strategy, operating model, and key business initiatives
