Senior Data Scientist – Procurement (m/f/d)

Are you a data scientist who wants to move beyond models and dashboards—and actually change how the business operates? We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead analytics across procurement and operations center of excellence, turning complex data into decision-ready insights that improve processes, and unlock measurable value. You will work at the intersection of advanced analytics, business strategy, and technology, partnering with global leaders to design, deploy, and scale solutions that matter.

Work model: Hybrid (3 office days, chosen by you)

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-value analytics use cases from problem framing through production through Project Management Office (PMO), with clear business impact.

• Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models (forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection) using Python and SQL.

• Transform complex ERP Ecosystem, supply chain, procurement and operations data into reliable, usable analytical assets.

• Operationalize analytics products using modern data platforms and MLOps best practices.

• Deliver executive-ready insights through compelling storytelling and Power BI dashboards.

• Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, change, and measurable value realization.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a global analytics COE.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end data science or advanced analytics solutions.

• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning/statistical modeling.

• Experience with modern analytics platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into applicable analytics solutions.
