Job Description

If you love solving complex technical puzzles and being the person who makes everything connect, this role is for you. As a Business Analyst at Duetto, you'll be at the centre of our growing partner ecosystem — certifying new integrations, supporting partners through development and testing, and making sure our platform plays seamlessly with the wider hospitality tech landscape.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute end-to-end integration testing with partners, ensuring seamless functionality and a smooth path to certification.
  • Provide hands-on API integration and testing support — working both internally across Product, Engineering, and Support, and externally with our partner network.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve API and web service integration issues, acting as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams during Pilot and Beta processes.
  • Document and maintain accurate integration configurations and manuals, keeping everything transparent and up to date for the Integration Product team.
  • Track the full development and certification lifecycle, managing your workload independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Partner closely with the Integration Product team to surface and resolve API-related issues, contributing to a stronger, more scalable partner ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have the following:

  • 2+ years of relevant domain experience
  • Hands-on experience with SOAP API, HTNG messages, and async/sync data flows, including the ability to read XML API documentation
  • Experience troubleshooting API and web service integration issues, using tools like Postman or SOAPUI
  • A track record of working across cross-functional teams — Engineering, Product, Support — with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail when it comes to API specs, configurations, and documentation
  • Flexibility to work across timezones to support our EMEA-wide partner network
