Circle K Business Centre is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our team as:

Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant 

Type of Employment: Permanent 

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Take care of our customers via phone and email. 

• Be responsible for card support and account administration. 

• Manage new orders and registrations. 

• Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products. 

• Provide outbound service and follow-up calls to customers. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Passion for communicating with people and finding the best solutions for them.

• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues.

• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and with various systems.

• Eagerness to learn new things and develop your skills. 

• Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.
