The Design Program Coordinator serves as a strategic and operational partner, focused on program execution, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment. On a day-to-day basis, this role supports the VP in managing priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the design organization operates with clarity and efficiency. You will coordinate complex design programs, support team planning and resourcing, and translate technical work into clear, actionable updates for leadership. This position blends technical fluency in data center design with strong program and organizational management responsibilities.

Who You Are:

  • Experience supporting project tracking, milestone management, and executive-level reporting
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Excel)
  • Ability to analyze schedules, resource plans, and technical inputs to support informed decision-making

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with senior leaders or executives
  • Exposure to program management frameworks (OKRs, dashboards, portfolio tracking)
PMP or similar project/program management certification
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth infrastructure or technology environments
  • 6+ years of experience in data center design, MEP Engineering, or technical data center infrastructure roles
