The Accounting Lead Technical Support Engineer serves as a skilled specialist providing advanced technical support for customers utilizing property management accounting software. This role requires substantial knowledge of accounting systems and the ability to apply that expertise to resolve a wide range of customer issues. The position also contributes to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements, regularly collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
