About the Role

As a Senior Backend Developer / Fullstack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver scalable, high-performance services and web applications for enterprise initiatives. You’ll lead with Go on the backend, contribute to modern React/Next.js frontends, and help shape cloud-native, event-driven platforms that power mission-critical products.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain resilient backend services and APIs in Go (Golang)
Engineer secure, well-documented RESTful APIs with robust auth and data models
Develop production-grade frontends using React.js and Next.js with TypeScript
Implement serverless and event-driven patterns; integrate third-party services
Model and optimize data across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores
Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; perform code reviews and mentor peers
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost
Contribute to DevOps practices, operational excellence, and documentation
Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong backend focus
Expert in Go (Golang) for building scalable, high-performance services
Proficient in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
Experience with Node.js in production environments
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and data modeling
Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices
Strong skills with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience deploying cloud-native applications in AWS
Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer communities
