Descrição da Vaga:
Apoia as operações de manufatura realizando análises laboratoriais, conforme necessário, que fornecem dados críticos. Prepara amostras, realiza manutenção preventiva de equipamentos de laboratório e utiliza sistemas de dados para aquisição de informações. Reporta os resultados ao cliente. Requer habilidades básicas de laboratório para executar uma série de atividades rotineiras utilizando procedimentos operacionais padrão e/ou métodos analíticos/científicos existentes.

Responsabilidades:

• Treina para realizar análises rotineiras sob a supervisão de um membro sênior da equipe até demonstrar proficiência.

• Coleta amostras de acordo com o Plano de Amostragem.

• Realiza manutenção preventiva básica de sistemas analíticos.

• Avalia a validade dos dados para análises rotineiras e toma as medidas apropriadas. 

• Monitora sistemas analíticos e reporta problemas conforme necessário.

• Documenta, comunica e arquiva resultados e dados analíticos.

• Segue os procedimentos e práticas de EH&S (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) e do sistema de gestão de disciplina operacional (ODMS) para as tarefas de trabalho.

• Sugere melhorias para os processos e ferramentas de trabalho do laboratório.

• Encaminha solicitações não rotineiras ao membro da equipe apropriado para acompanhamento.

Requisitos:

• Ensino Médio completo.

Desejável:

• Ensino Técnico completo.

• Experiência prévia em laboratório, produção ou outras áreas afins.
