Job Description
Please note that this is a Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) – you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, with the option to join us in the office whenever you’d like!
At Picsart, creators are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that delivering exceptional creator experiences is key to our success. Our Design disciplines, Product Design, User Research, and UX Writing, shape these experiences and help define what’s next for Picsart.
In this role, you’ll design and shape the next generation of AI-powered creative experiences across Picsart. This includes evolving areas like Drive, AI Agents, and emerging product surfaces where creation, exploration, and automation come together.
You’ll help define how creators interact with intelligent systems, where content doesn’t just live but becomes usable, discoverable, and actionable. From AI-assisted workflows to agent-driven experiences, you’ll contribute to shaping a more adaptive, context-aware creative platform.
You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, designing systems that support how creators generate, organize, and evolve their work in an AI-native environment.
Embedded within core product areas, you’ll partner with product, engineering, growth, monetization, and product marketing teams to drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re looking for someone who leads through craft, contributing high-quality design work and influencing through execution.
You will operate with an AI-first design workflow, from ideation to prototyping, leveraging tools beyond Figma, including AI-assisted prototyping and code-based exploration, to move quickly and validate ideas in real contexts.
