About the Role:
As a Senior Behavioural Strategist at Monks, you will lead and shape the strategic direction of behaviour change campaigns, working closely with creative teams and clients alike. You will drive the integration of behavioural science with innovative creative approaches to ensure not only groundbreaking campaigns but also highly effective outcomes. Your work involves in-depth analysis of target audiences, translating complex research into actionable insights, and developing comprehensive behavioural strategies that drive measurable change. *This is a Dutch speaking role*.
You will also be a thought leader, mentoring junior strategists and leading client engagements, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of behaviour change campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including major organisations in the public and non-profit sectors – including from the Ministerie van OCW, Ministerie van BZK, De Douane, to clients such as ProRail and KWF.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that the creative concepts are not only surprising and innovative but also align with the chosen behaviour change techniques.
- Conduct in-depth research into your target audience in collaboration with research agencies and identify the main drivers and barriers.
- Develop and refine advanced behaviour change strategies based on comprehensive analysis of key drivers and barriers, presenting these strategies convincingly to clients and internal teams.
- Lead client presentations in which you convincingly convey the target audience analysis and behavioural strategy, and build long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior behavioural strategists, fostering their professional development and contributing to the growth of the behavioural strategy team
About You:
The Essentials:
- For this role, we are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in behaviour change, behavioural research, and/or leading strategic campaign development.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- You have an interest in behaviour change - You want to understand why people behave as they do and think in solutions to achieve behaviour change.
- Exceptional ability to synthesise complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives, effectively communicating strategic principles and the emotional drivers behind behaviour.
