Software Engineer - Hardware Development

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our HDV tribe within the Hardware Operations team to support the development of a major new project and manage our expanding infrastructure.

 

Your mission will be to develop and maintain a variety of software solutions, from internal scripting to complex SaaS platforms, in order to bridge the gap between software excellence and hardware performance within our sovereign cloud.

You will be part of a team of 6 people, including an Engineering Manager and a Tech Lead. The team is composed of fullstack developers working on Python/React stacks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). We operate within a Scrum framework, focusing on high-impact projects that sit at the intersection of software and physical hardware.

- Develop high-quality fullstack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)

- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate hardware operations

- Contribute to the full lifecycle of diverse projects, ranging from low-level scripting to SaaS applications

- Maintain and optimize a significant volume of existing code to ensure platform stability

- Collaborate with the team to deliver the first major milestones of a large-scale new project

- Ensure rigorous code standards and participate in peer code reviews

- Build modern user interfaces following Material Design standards

- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprints, Retrospectives)

 

 

 

 

- At least 4 years of experience in fullstack development

- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development

- Solid experience with React for frontend development

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices

 

- Excellent communicator with a collaborative "OneTeam" mindset

- Highly involved, conscientious, and proactive in project delivery

- Humble and open to constructive feedback

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Ability to work autonomously within a structured Scrum environment
